JD Productions, Quality DJ Entertainment is proudly providing the musical entertainment for the 10th annual “Run Rocklin” on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Johnson-Springview Park on Fifth Street. This top notch running event helps raise money for local schools and for the locally-run, nonprofit Matt Redding Scholarship Foundation. Children can participate in the free quarter-mile Kids Fun Run at 7:45 a.m. Then at 8:00 a.m. starts a 12K Run/Walk, which winds through beautiful Clover Valley, followed at 8:20 a.m. with a 5K Run/Walk, which passes through the neighborhood surrounding Sunset Whitney Golf Club. There also is a free one-mile run for kids at 9:30 a.m. The event will once again feature complimentary food from Randy Peters Catering, and other goodies from local vendors.
