It's Time for Run Rocklin

The 12th annual Run Rocklin is Sunday, April 12 at Johnson-Springview Park, Rocklin. Walk, Race or Run for Compassion

We are proudly providing the musical entertainment for the “Run for Compassion” on Saturday December 13, 2014.  A family-friendly fundraising event to support the efforts of the Placer Food Bank and its partner agencies. Through collaboration with many area organizations that serve veterans, seniors, the homeless, foster youth, and other vulnerable populations, the Placer Food Bank is able to provide much-needed food, support and other resources. The Run for Compassion will raise money to fund these efforts.  The run, which starts and ends at Johnson Springview Park in Rocklin includes a kids’ ¼ mile dash at 7:45 am, a 12K at 8:00 am, a 5K at 8:20 am, and a kids’ 1-mile at 9:30 am.  For more information visit http://www.runforcompassion.org

JD Productions, Quality DJ Entertainment is proudly providing the musical entertainment for the 11th annual “Run Rocklin” on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Johnson-Springview Park on Fifth Street.  This top notch running event helps raise money for local schools and for the locally-run, nonprofit Matt Redding Scholarship Foundation.  Children can participate in the free quarter-mile Kids Fun Run at 7:45 a.m.  Then at 8:00 a.m. starts a 12K Run/Walk, which winds through beautiful Clover Valley, and a newly added Half Marathon.  At 8:20 a.m. starts a 5K Run/Walk, which passes through the neighborhood surrounding Sunset Whitney Golf Club. There also is a free one-mile run for kids at 9:30 a.m.  The event will once again feature complimentary food from Randy Peters Catering, and other goodies from local vendors.
