Trivia Is Fun!

National Trivia Day is always observed on the 4th day of the year. But at JD Productions Quality DJ Entertainment, we play trivia all year long!  Playing trivia can add to the fun as guests tests their knowledge about the celbrants.

For weddings, there's "Bride & Groom Trivia" where we ask questions about how the couple met, where they went on their first date, their interests, pet peeves, etc.  For mitzvahs, sweet 16s, and birthdays, we ask questions about the celebrant's backgrounds, hobbies, favorite things, etc. For corporate events, we ask questions about the company's history, products, achievements, employees, etc. We also can customize questions to fit the theme for other types of events!

Mardi Gras at the French Quarter

We recently had the pleasure of providing the musical entertainment for Cobblestone Elementary School's PTC Mardi Gras French Quarter Dance.  The fundraiser raised money to purchase new computers for the school.  It was awesome!  The crowd got their laugh on with standup comedy from Nick Aragon.  Then they were amazed with sleight of hand by Caddwynn the Magician.  Next things really got hot with fire-dancer Justin from River City Fire as he spun fire balls on the dance floor.  Adding to the ambience was face-painting by Kelly, tarot card reading from Hexipa, and balloon art by Tiffany's Balloon Twisting.  After crowning a mardi gras king, the crowd really got their groove on as we danced the night away!
